I had the pleasure of going( with Mary) to Troy in Harehills just before we set off for the Keswick weekend Mary got a puncture, the AA came and fitted the spare and Mary rang Troy to see if her wheel could be repaired so that we could get on our way. What service-absolutely marvellous-such warm "oh no problem just come in and we will get you on your way. Obviously I've never been in Troy before as I don't drive. The atmosphere was one of kindness and the reception area indicated what a wonderful work place it was. Everyone was so friendly-cups of coffee made we were able to look at the pictures and memorabilia all around. I found going to Troy with Mary a very emotional experience-a unique experience too. Thank you.
